Shipping Policy

Shipment is by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground or USPS depending on item ordered and subject to our No Ship Areas list. Adult signature required on firearms and ammunition. We do ship to Hawaii, please see our No Ship Areas for details. All serialized firearm parts or firearms are send to the local FFL of your choosing because these are controlled items. We will contact the FFL you specify for a copy of their FFL documentation for shipping purposes. Under no circumstances will serialized firearm parts or firearms be shipped directly to the customer. Your local FFL will run the federal background check and paperwork required. Ammunition for California customers will only be send to your local FFL in California at this time. There will be a transfer fee charged by your local FFL for this service. Be sure to ask them what their policy is.

Customer Satisfaction is also a top priority. If you are not happy with our products or service and you need to return a product, please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you subject to the policies below.

Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
  • NO returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a UPS call tag may be issued to return the item(s).
  • Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
  • Any evidence of cartridge tampering automatically voids return policy (such as evidence of taking apart cartridge).
Please Note: A detailed note explaining the reason for the return and whether an exchange or refund is desired MUST accompany all returns. Be sure to include all current contact information including name, address, daytime phone number, email address and the original invoice number when possible.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account). Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee. NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

LIMITED WARRANTY, NOTICE & DISCLAIMER:
These cartridges are intended ONLY for use in clean, modern firearms in good repair originally chambered for this round. As Manufacturer has no control over their use, all liability for their use and handling is EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Manufacturer warrants these rounds against defects in assembly ONLY. Purchaser agrees that liquidated damages SHALL NOT exceed the original purchase price for the cartridges contained herein. NO WARRANTY SHALL BE HONORED UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER IS PERMITTED TO TEST AND INSPECT THE ENTIRE UNFIRED CONTENTS OF THE CARTON.

NOTICE:
These cartridges are manufactured to be fired only in firearms which are in good condition, and which were originally chambered for this cartridge. ALL AMMUNITION IS TO BE KEPT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Firing a handgun is an ultra hazardous activity. Your use of this product is an agreement that you assume all risk from its use.

This ammunition is to be used only in well ventilated areas. Wash your hands after handling. This ammunition is manufactured with reasonable care. No other warranty, either express or implied, is made. The user assumes all risk in the use of this ammunition. THE DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH.
